MotionAds co-founders Jonathan Berkowitz and Elan Band have been awarded the prestigious Eric Ellerine Entrepreneur Award, sponsored by Investec, in recognition of their innovation and impact within South Africa’s gig economy. Since launching in 2019, MotionAds has paid out over R21 million to local delivery drivers by transforming motorcycles into mobile billboards that generate income and brand visibility. The award celebrates a business model where purpose and performance intersect - uplifting communities while delivering measurable results for advertisers.
